An operating system for leadership teams of 5–15 people. We run your quarterly planning intensives and weekly leadership meeting facilitation — built on the One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) framework, used by thousands of scaling companies. Investment: USD $5,000–$15,000/month, min. 3 months.
Pre-Work Interviews
2–3 weeks before the intensive, we run confidential 1:1 interviews (Silver/Gold) or surveys (Bronze) with every member of your leadership team. We're listening for what people won't say in the room: the real constraint, the unspoken tension, the decision nobody wants to own. By the time we walk in, we already know where the bodies are buried.
Quarterly Intensive
A half-day (Bronze) or full-day (Silver/Gold) facilitated session, held remotely or on-site. We run the room. You participate. Output: a completed One-Page Strategic Plan with a 3-year vision, 12-month priorities, and a 90-Day Sprint — all with named owners. Delivered the same day.
Weekly Coaching Cadence
Every week (Gold) between intensives, we facilitate your leadership team's standing meeting (Silver/Gold). Owners report on commitments. Blockers get named and resolved. The CEO stops being the referee — and starts being a participant. This is what makes the quarterly plan stick.
Same-Day Strategic Plan
